What does a Maple Canyon kit include?

Architectural plans, engineered framing package, roof trusses, floor system, exterior sheathing, house wrap, roofing, windows, and exterior doors. Plans include engineering stamps and are ready for your local building department.
Do you publish preset prices?

Where do you deliver?

Across the Mountain West — Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and bordering states. Freight cost is a line item separate from the kit price; we quote it once we know the delivery address.
