From a Simple Idea to a Full Production Facility
Maple Canyon Builders started in 2017 with a straightforward idea: give owners a faster path from bare land to a dried-in building. Pre-engineered kits with preset prices, published lead times, and clear spec sheets — so you know what you're getting before you commit.
We started small, building kits out of a single bay. Today our facility in Chester, Utah has grown to a multi-bay production shop with a full lumber yard, overhead cranes, and a team that can turn around orders in weeks, not months.
Everything we build ships from this facility. We source premium American lumber from suppliers like Idaho Timber and Sierra Pacific, and every component is precision-cut and labeled before it leaves our shop.

Our production facility sits on open land in Chester, a small community in Sanpete County. The shop includes multiple production bays with overhead Gorbel cranes, a lumber staging yard, and dedicated areas for cutting, framing, and panel assembly.
Outside, our lumber yard holds inventory of pre-built wall panels, roof trusses, and floor systems — organized and ready for the next order. When your kit is ready, we load it onto a flatbed and ship it directly to your site.
